While doing one of my starter quest things I have found and egg and I don't know how to take care of it, a little information help please.

You don't have to take care of it. It goes in your hatchery and stays there for 3 days after which it hatches. You can nurture the eggling and hatchling (for scales and stat boost, I think) once a day by responding to the prompts that pop up when you click the egg/pet image. If you want I will pm you the prompt responses. After that it takes a number of days for an egg to become an adolescent, which is when you can move it to the stable or wait till it becomes an adult at which point it will be moved by itself. Once in stables you need to feed the pet which you do by paying money in the feed pet's button. So yeah pretty much everything in a jumbled nutshell.

No nothing like that here. If you don't feed your pets for 10 days they will fall unconscious and you cannot use them. But they can be revived if you spend money. Also when you get 10,000 ap points you unlock a stablehand Farm Maiden Rosemarry whom you can employ to feed your pets automatically as long as you have the money.

As soon as they are adults. However before that time you can use the breeding grounds to test breed and thus see the possible baby outcomes.

Also free lesson- to get a players attention you can ping them. Either type their user name in the top strip in the post box or click on the blue @ symbol at the bottom of one of their posts. That will send them a notification that someone pinged them in a thread. Very Useful.

okay when do they become adults? the two pets I want to breed look like adults

It takes 3 days for the pets to hatch
6 for them to become adolescents
and 18 for them to become adults

The pets you catch are either adults or adolecents and that can be checked on their page under their age (in the name, owner, etc box).

Both your quitaries are adolesent (cannot breed)
