Just search up "medium blue" in Google, they're mostly the same color.
Would it help if it's in between dark blue and baby blue? Basically around the middle ground between the two

Yep that is what I use. ;) but I use it in my tablet and then email it to me so I can have it in my computer, because I am REALLY BAD at drawing in my computer. And I havent seen any of your drawing, but I bet they cant be any worse than mine.
