man you're right, the rune choosing is based on the weather!
warm rune -> sunny
cool rune -> coudy
wind rune -> windy
wet rune -> rainy
shock rune -> stormy
Just for everyone else's sanity, (I lost mine) when it says snowy, do not pick the cool rune. Apparently all types of precipitation mean wet.

OK what one do you pick on a CLEAR day? Since it is winter and clear I figured "cool" would be correct.....FAIL.

If it's summer, and clear, it's probably also hot. Pick the warm rune.
