We will be taking the Site offline for 30-60 minutes (exact time TBD) while we add in the new species and the new genes and mutations. We can't really do that while people have access to the Site because it's sorta a long process that needs to be done in steps.

Unfortunately, Umbra Forest will not be finished by the 7th. While we are working furiously to complete it, we do not want to rush it. We want to revamp both the Quest and Mission systems for Umbra Forest so that they are more balanced and more fun/interesting. The region itself is also much more detailed and much longer than Viridian Meadows. There are a lot more scripted events and a lot more decisions that the user can make. Because of this, it is taking a bit longer to build the region and polish everything thoroughly.

With this update, we will be adding 12 new Genes and Mutations to the current 6 species. We will also be releasing our 7th species.

Although the 7th species is not found in Viridian Meadows, it will be added to the Scale Shop Egglings and can be found from rewards as a random Essence or Eggling.

However, we will be adding in some new events throughout Sylestia and will add new unique rewards to these events. We will also be adding an event reward item that is neither a Treasure Box nor Mission Satchel.

Additionally, some events on Monday may even have a very special one-day only reward (such as an Essence for the new species) that can be obtained by participating.

So while we imagine you may be disappointed with Umbra Forest being delayed, we hope you will be excited for everything else planned with Monday's update!
