What does inbreeding do? Not sibling with a sibling, since you can't do that, but a baby of pet A with Pet B, and the baby breeds with the sibling of the Pet A? Thanks in advance for the help!

Inbreeding does absolutely nothing. There are no negatives and no positives. It's just a number to let you know the percentage of their shared heritage, really. If you don't want to inbreed, you don't have to, but there's no actual detriment to it.

In-breeding isn't detrimental at all. Its not something to worry about. The only time it matters is if you try to breed a child to its own parent or sibling. You'll get an error saying that those two pets are too closely related.
