So I have 2 animals in my party. But the rest are locked. And the place you go to get more party sylestis says I can't get more. Is it because I am not a high enough level? Someone HELP!

As far as I remember, you can't expand your party again until you're further into the story (can't remember if it's in Umbra Forest or Ethernia). Just keep going and things will open up eventually.

You'll need to explore and follow the storyline until you've unlocked the 2nd region, and reach the sanctuary of sairelle
