((This role-play is about Sylesties, whom are in an apocalypse-type setting. (There are no humans)...))

An infectious disease has spread, due to a giant factory explosion, killing humans everywhere. Cities and nations are crumbling. Sylesties however, are somehow immune to this disease, and must try to survive in a world full of pollution and disease. Many sylesties are Desperates, and not all-that-willing to share resources and supplies. Pirates (not actual sea-faring pirates) are sylesties whom are willing to steal from other sylesties. Groupers are sylesties that form a pack and share resources amongst each other.

(This is my character, a Pirate-Desperate)

Furnas smiled. She had ran-sacked a whole village, and now sat upon an small pile of preserved meats and greasy foods. "Ahuhuhu~" she laughed, content. Suddenly, the smell of fresh prey reached her highly-sensitive nose. Leaping off the pile, she galloped out of the metal-plated barn-shack.

Saphira~

Slowly I uncurled from the small shelter I had been inhabiting for the last while. I padded cautiously outside and spread open my large wings. With a small but strong flap my body was launched into the air, rising quickly. It was much safer in the air, and easier to spot food. Most animals couldn't get to me up here and those who could my have a hard time catching me. My eyes roamed over the village and I spotted a price of prey. Quickly I swooped down and caught before rising again.(She took the other sylesties prey)

Suddenly, the smell of prey was whisked away, and a new scent filled the air. "Hmm?" mused Furnas, curious. She slowly padded back to her shack, sniffing up the scent of an unknown sylestie. She sat up on her pile, gnawing away at a (Dried) peppered steak.

Saphira~

I watched the other Sylesti intently. She had food, but I would let her have it to herself. For now... I resisted the urge to laugh as I silently circled above the oblivious sylestie. Still watching her intently, I proceeded downwards in a graceful and silent spiral, eventually I landed on the shack that it was currently inhabiting. Soon I had better go back to my own stash of food before it gets stealed. It wasn't to far so I hoped this Sylestie wouldn't try to go for it. Maybe I should move to a different shelter, farther away.

Hearing a slight thud on her rooftop, Furnas jumped off her pile quietly. "Ahu~! Who's up there?!" she shouted, amused.

Saphira~

Calmly I placed my front paws on the edge of the roof and peered over. A rabbit-the one I had stolen from her-hung limply from my jaw. "The roof. That's what's there." My voice had a light joking tone to it as I observed the other sylestie cautiously. Good thing I was on the roof, she probably couldn't reach me here.

She tilted her head, walking out of the shack. "Ahuhu~?" She leaped at the roof, scrabbling on the side of the Shack as she slid down. Snarling, she growled "Get away!" (She's noticed that you at the scent she smelled before.)

Darkened Blue leaped swiftly to the next tree, she had to find food soon. She kept going and spotted a village"I smell food!" she happily yelped. She started leaping faster, she smelt a new smell,"Other sylesties! They can help me get food!" she finally got out of the trees. "Here I come!" she said out loud. She followed the scent of food and came upon a small village "Anyone here?" she called

Saphira~
I ignored the other sylesti and kept watching the one below. "Why should I?" My tone was almost mocking as my mouth formed the shape of a grin. Chuckling silently I hung my paw over the roof, tantalizingly above reach of the other sylesties jaws. "Make me then."
