I would totally think your pets fullbodies fully colored CG and shaded should be 100k minimum (going for 150k or so, you can ballpark it around 120k-200k based on complexity).
Simple background adds 75k (like your first posted example), complex/in-depth ones add 100k-150k depending on complexity.

As for humanoid avatars (fully colored and shaded in CG), maybe around the same price?

Also, all those prices for CG art are on the lower end, so you can definitely add 50k-100k more if you wanted. o:

So then, lets say for full body pets and avatars: 120k-150k Depending on details and such.
+75k for a simple background
+120k for every extra character.
