I have no idea how to do missions or level up my pets OR ME!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to your pet's profile page, click "Make Active Pet". :)
Or from the top menu, click Explore, then Party. Add your pet to the party.

Then go to Explore>World Map, go to Viridian Meadows, and click any place that you can go to that's not Esior's Haven (unless you have to for a quest), and go exploring to fight stuff and level up. Good luck!

Go to this link: http://www.sylestia.com/explore/map/ and then click on the Viridian Meadows part of the World Map. If that isn't working, try doing a hard refresh (shift + F5) once or twice. If that doesn't work, you may have an addon running that is blocking the map from working properly. You can either disable your addons or try a different browser. If that still doesn't work, then could you take a screenshot of your world map so that I could take a look?

Have you finished the tutorial yet? There should be a little fairy at the bottom right of the screen telling you to do something. If that's so, you'll have to follow her instructions to move on in the game.

Your level is depended on the highest level a sylesti in your party is. Example: level 50 sylesti=you being level 50
