This is my first breeding project and I have quite a mix of emotions as I start getting into it. I understand that this could turn into a very long project, but I don't think it would be as rewarding if it were something quick and easy.

I had played around with the generator for a bit to come up with some ideas of what I would want for a 6-vis of some of the various species and after reading through Xavi's 6-Vis Breeding Guide, I figured I would give it a shot. I had quite a few designs to choose from, but knew I wasn't going to start my first project with a fabled species, and out of all my designs, I found myself most mesmerized by my Blood Moon Nytekrie. It also seemed to be the cheapest normal essences on the broker, so I bought 3 to get everything started and set about generating 2 males and a female. The first male has Nighthawk and Downy Woodpecker as carries, the female has Moon Runes and Moon Armor as carries, and the second male has Tribal Armor and Stardust as carries. Now I play the waiting game until the trio reach adulthood before I can start the actual breeding. While I wait, I hope to start gathering some more supplies for the process. I'm currently trying to save up enough to get an Exceptional Genetic Test Kit, since it would be useful to have for this and all future breeding projects. I'm also considering using prismatic philters along the way to help boost the base stats of the offspring and perhaps end up with near-max stats by the end.

Small update:
Decided to scrape together some money to get diamonds for the test kit during the sale

Also started to realize how sloppy the stats would get if I tried stat-boosting with only using 3 generated starting parents, so I decided to make a second female with the same genetics as the other female. I can still breed the initial pair as soon as they reach adulthood, but I will have to wait a bit for the second female to reach adulthood before starting the second pairing.

I wanted to use prismatic philters for the stat-breeding so I could make sure the 6-vis results end up with decent, well-rounded stats. I will see about raising them all the way to max, since I want to see about developing a max-stat battle party.

I'd also like to go ahead and announce my next project: Scarlet Champion Draeyl

I will probably make a thread for all my planned projects.
