I have no idea if it'd even be possible with the forum system, but perhaps the option to create a 'poll' thread, where you post a question and some options, and people can vote without having to write up a post in reply? It's an option on most forums I've seen, and I think it could be a very useful feedback feature for both the users and the admins. :3

^^ I think this is an amazing idea. I like this because not only does it give the person who made the discussion an idea of what people like but it brings up new ideas within discussion too. It would definitely help with feedback.
