People have told me 22 days old, but I have a pet thats 22 days and he isnt an adult yet and Im really confused?

It's 28 days, or 18 for a generated pet.

Also, Age != Maturity. Age on the profile is how much time has passed since the pet was created. Maturity is the measurement of its status (Eggling, Hatchling, Adolescent, or Adult).
You can't visibly see a pet's Maturity on the profile page at this time.
