I've seen the other two reports but mine was in the items sold transaction log and i'm not quite sure what that means. It was my harpy armor and strangely i noticed my gold amount was off too. i had 2 harpy things for sale at 350k each sell but...i have 680k and i KNOW i didn't buy anything as i had JUST logged on. i HAVE sold some of em for 300k but again. the total would STILL be off. so i should either have about 703k or 653k..not 681k.

is there actually something going on? (and does some poor fellow/lady not realize they're down 350k as one of the previous empty item threads say happened with the lesser dye?) or is there a sale tax i've forgotten about?

The broker does indeed collect a fee for handling your transactions.

As for the empty item, I think this may happen if the buyer consumes the item?

If you think there is something more going on though, I can dig a bit further and double check things.

Please provide anymore details/screenshots to help me figure out exactly what I'm looking for if you do.

I've had plenty of people buy clothing items from me but they never had a transparent box with "empty" in em before...sadly I have no screenshots as i didn't think about it. I was awfully low on gold and just wanted to collect. I could always go ask the buyer if they threw it in their wardrobe already? that would solve that i guess?

the tax thing however explains why my totals were off. I normally don't have such a clean number TO notice. it's always random instead of mostly 0s.

edit: went and looked and I don't even need to ask. they're wearing it right now. still rather strange it's showed up NOW with this particular item though?

I'm not entirely certain. I haven't tinkered w/ the tradebroker in a long time so I'm not really fresh on how specifically it all works lol. It's been a long time. Too far to remember. =(

Well no ones come forward about missing their armor so maybe it's just a blip? sorry for taking up some of your time i know you're probably really busy launching the seasonal festival soon afterall. >.>;; missing stuff always concerns me though after LAST time stuff went missing anywhere near my account...

No worries. I'd always rather know about a nothing than not know about a something. =P

For now though, I'll just chalk it up to odd occurrence.

of course! i'll pay closer attention to the rest of my sales. mayhaps it's just all the extra seasonal code. i've never sold anything directly before a festival before. during and after,yes. not directly hours before.
