Welp, I'm trying to get a project going and steady, and I have scales I could use... So which is better for a project, Lesser Genetic Mutator; Philter of Nullification; or a Lesser Pet Dye?

Also, if anyone could donate anything to help out my project that would be great!!

Thank you,
~Mews ;3

It really depends on how you do a project.

If you breed pets (whether bought or generated) till it has all the traits you want, then you'll need dyes to change/ correct any colours that differs from your project goal.

If you're starting your project with tamed pets, with no particular set of traits in mind, then lesser mutators can be used on the tamed pets to add either a visible or carried trait, giving you more traits to play around with.

If you buy pets that are similar to your project goal, or bred pets till almost completion, but it has a few traits that you don't want, then you use the nullification philters to remove those traits.

So none of the philters are "better" than the others. It just depends on your breeding style, and what you need to finish the project.

If you're using essences, you shouldn't need any of them. Unless you're using regular essences, since that has some colour swing. Then you might need dyes since the colours may not come out exactly the way you want it.

Though lesser dyes also have some colour swing, and may take a few tries before getting the exact colour.

Thought so. XD

Generate the pets and if the colours don't come out the way you want, then get dyes. If you're lucky, the colours will come out fine and you won't need dyes. =)
