Can anyone tell me how to send diamonds to specific people?

The person you're sending the Diamonds to needs to set up a trade on the Diamond exchange sellinggold (usually 1g) for the specific number of Diamonds - you'll then need to find their trade and accept it!
Just a reminder that people should be extra careful that they don't set up the trade the wrong way around.
