I'm looking for mission pets, I don't really care about themed/tagged/base stats too much. I currently have one for intelligence and one for strength so I'm not really looking in those areas, but feel free to still offer them.

I think what you are looking for is any level 60 pet. If you use the advanced search, you can search by price and level. Currently the lowest one is at 4.5k. If that is too expensive for you, I can try and capture a random level 60 sylesti for you -- but traps can add up, so not sure if it's worth it.
