Hello. I've noticed that my in-game clock is wrong. I assume this is an American website, but I live in the UK, so I was wondering if there was a way to change the time?

(I also want to catch some Nixies, but they only come out in the day :()

Unfortunately, there is no way to switch the in-game clock to your own timezone.

There are quite a few elements in the game that happen at various times (e.g. Dungeons resetting at midnight, a new day for nurturing, etc) - all these would be based on a script that the site runs which would run at a set time being midnight site time - it would just confuse things if everyone had multiple times.

As I'm based in Australia, I generally play the site anywhere from 6pm site time to 9am site time - I'm generally not around during the "day". I don't think there's any massive difference - its just a good idea to try remember what time (your time) Sylestia's day changes so you know when you can do your daily activities (e.g. nurturing) :)

I used to think that Nixis were more likely during the day but I'm not so sure now. Coincidence perhaps? Maybe someone else can confirm.

As far as I am aware, what pets you encounter is entirely random. Some zones (the later zones) have more species than others, but the chances of meeting any 1 species should be the same (except for nephinis in the 3rd region because they are meant to be elusive since they are fabled pets).
