Okay is there a way to CoD a solitary item when you have multiples? For instance I have multiple pet dyes, if I wanted to send just one could that be done? If so how?

You'll need to be on a laptop/desktop to do it. Press shift and while doing so, click the stacked item and click an empty slot.
If you play on a tablet/phone, you'll have to ask someone to help you split the items.
