I first looked up the name meaning of each one.
Lucifer: Means "bringing light", derived from Latin lux "light" and ferre "to bring". In Latin this name originally referred to the morning star, Venus, but later became associated with the chief angel who rebelled against God's rule in heaven (see Isaiah 14:12). Even later it became associated with Satan himself. (From the Christian meaning)
Luke: In most languages Luke means light, or luminous light.
Quinncie: Was Quinncie a typo? In any means, the meaning of Quincie and Quincy was "estate of the fifth son". It is female. Quince is a male name meaning "applelike fruit". Quince can also mean "A shrub or small tree with a many-seeded plant."
So, in thinking of these definitions, I created the Qitari.
Lucifer, while not being a pretty Qitari, I made to be very matching of his name. The yellow symbolizes the light in the name, but I made black, seemingly like sin look like it was invading his scales, his fur, his mane, in order to become alike with the rebellious angel.
Luke. A much prettier, glowing Qitari.
And finally there's Quinncie. Like I said above, I don't really know what you meant by that name. Since I didn't know what to do with the "Estate of the fifth son" I chose to go with a plant theme.
