I have a lesser pet dye that I have won and have no idea how to use it. It looks like I need a code... kinda like from when I had to make the first pet. Is it the same?

Kinda, you first have to choose the color you want like how you chose the colors for your starter and then you choose what part you want to change below. Hope this helped!

Ok....I have been struggling with being a noob again... how I put on goggles? I went to the inventory and used the item and then went to wardrobe but I still can't find it to put it on.
