As the title says, buying a CL nephini.

a 2 vis or a tamed is preferred but will take a 1 vis if needed.

Traits do not matter. That is right, even Lich wings are fine.

Eggs are fine too.

Anything from this list for a CL neph, Gold or diamonds.
