What do you do with the White Pumpkins from the Festival Zone?

Turn them in to the man standing at the graveyard at the bottom center of the zone map during the first phase of the Headless horseman event.

There's a guy standing above the headless horseman. He's the one you're supposed to turn the pumpkins in to. He only accepts pumpkins during the 1st stage of the event though.
