I don't understand the stuff like the seals and such. I've searched up 'The Forgotten Tomb' alot and it didn't help because I didn't understand what they meant when they said cunning= intelligence or something like that. Can someone explain this? Thanks :)

I take it that you;ve read the discussion thread on this?
when people say cunning=intelligence, they mean you need a pet with high intelligence stat to use on the seal. I think some players worked out the minimum amount of stat needed for the pet to work, but I'm not sure what that number is.
So each part of the puzzle requires 1 pet, with the required stat the the puzzle needs, to be used. And if you choose the correct pet with the right stat, the final boss would be easier to fight.
(though it's still possible to kill the final boss without solving the puzzle, you'll just need a good party setup and it'll be harder).
