Where do we find them? At first I thought that they were only available from constests but then I noticed that they were also popping up in "recently captured pets" Where do you find them? And how do you know if a wild pet is tagged?

you only see it in the festival zone. That's under explore. You can tell because when you encounter an enemy it says so. In this case, it'll say you have encountered a RARE ENEMY in purple letters c:

It's all in the RNG. Sometimes you are lucky; sometimes you are not. For example, last fest I encountered a total of 3 themed. This fest I've played for only a couple of days and have run into 3 so far. There's nothing different in the rate of the themed appearing, it's simply if the RNG is with you or against you ^^

ok so what do I do now is there any themed bottles

Right now there's not a feature like the Wheel or the Maze so any bottled of perfumed attraction thingies (hope I got the name right @.@) are from last fest, if that was what you are asking. You can still use them in the festival zone like with any other fest, though!

No problem! How far are you in the game; do you have any troubles with gold? you have to use at LEAST normal level traps - blue traps - for them to work on themed sylestis.

Money wise, I should be fine. I just haven't gotten to a zone that sells those traps yet, so I'll probably be buying them off someone.

traps can't be sold or bought in the broker, except for master traps. you should be able to buy them in the zone, though?
