I've just stumbled upon something, and i don't know if it's a bug, or i just never knew it was possible.
I've now twice bred my female moonlight luffox with another moonlight luffox, and both offspring got two mutations that none of the parents have O_o

The male you've been using has Tassel Costume as a hidden recessive trait behind the Ram Horns. :)
The letters "BC" marks visible Ram Horns with hidden Tassel Costume for that slot. Either trait has an equal chance of passing on to the offspring; you just happened to get the recessive trait twice.
Hope this explains it - if not I have a much longer explanation of recessive traits here.
Edit: Your female also has a recessive under Spade Tail, which is where the lemur tail comes from.
