How do I get Shards of Zephyr? I've seen some on the broker but is there a way to get them without buying them? Are they from a Fest? Do you need Diamonds to get them?

They were from the love fest earlier this year. The fragments can only be obtained during that time. After which, the only way to get them would be to buy them from other players on the broker.
