I may have encountered a glitch, or maybe I just missed something when reading all about breeding.
See, I have this Griffi pair...
The male has the Tribal Rune gene, and his mate has Lucky Runes. Those should both take up the G3 slot, but sometimes as I preview their babies, I get this result;
I'm just... Confused? If I understand this system correctly I don't think this should happen? Something is either acting up, or I've, as said, missed something important.

Hey Deestracted, I took the liberty of looking up your griffis ^^
But in each of the G3 slots, each of your griffis have a 'hidden' gene indicated by the F and G :3 Therefore, when you breed them together, there is a possibility of a Leaf Veins vis ^^
It's dominant to the G-gene (snowflake runes) so in order for the leaf veins to show, both hiddens would be passed down to the offspring c:

Ah! I see. At least it's not a glitch. I'm still a bit confused about this entire breeding system (I'm used to simpler things haha), but at least that sort of makes sense now. Prior to this I didn't even know hidden genes were a thing. Thank you!
