I have looked everywhere and cant find the bandit with the supplies. Can anyone help me out on this.

I believe in the middle of the lake, there's an island with a supply crate.
I can't really remember, and I'm not sure who has maps of the areas anymore, but I found this thread that may be some help?

Alright, so I actually just figured this one out. Once you get off the dock, go until you see the first island - the one with the shrine. Go straight south starting from the eastern side of the island (the side opposite the dock). There is a much smaller island. I missed it while I was circling the lake several times. That's where I found the darker brown crate with the supplies.

The middle one has a crate and an enemy next to the tent and the farthest south one only has a crate.. I can't remember which one it is now.. but it's either the middle or far south island.
