What exactly does it do? Like, does it increase the chances of a stillbirth as the percentage for being inbred goes higher? Does it make pets infertile, like in Clanheart? What exactly does it do?

Inbreeding does exactly nothing lol. There are no negative side-effects, nor are there any benefits. It's mostly just a point of interest for those that want to know how closely related their pets are, basically.

Ah, gotcha. It would've been cool if there was something like that implemented though, just to deter people from doing it. :'D
