My brother is trying to create an account and it says "Two accounts are already registered from this location. A user is only allowed ONE account. Please contact our Support if you require an exception to this safe guard".
He already has one but he made it when he was 12 or so and can't remember the birth-date he put in.
Is there something that can be done about it?

You don't need your birthday to login, just the name +password.

I know but he needs to sent his password and they ask his B-day then.
