When I had saved my avatar as is and went into my stable the image that usually shows my avi's head shows only a black square. But when I changed the outfit temporary and saved the image showed my avi's head. But when I changed back into this outfit and now the square is black.

Is it currently black? I see it as normal.
If so, try clearing your browser cache.
