To make a themed pet, you can use shovels and poles that you can find as drops from enemies in the festival zone on the seeking map. ^^
Takes a bit of luck to find them though.
The regular clam is 30k at the cheapest ATM, so I can offer that (if it can be cheaper, I'd love that, but 30k is good too haha) for the silver pearl. ^^
