It's a themed pet, a pet with a special "Tag" and set color palette that can only be found during the current festival.

Thanks do you know what it looks like... and how much it's worth? I'm thinking about selling it or trading it for a different sylestia.

All themed pets have the same colour palette. So all smoothie sylvorpas will look similar to the one you found. ie:
When it comes to pricing, you can go to the advanced search, choose the right parameters, and click "order by sale price" to list the pets out in accordance to their price.
Currently the cheapest smoothie sylvorpa up for public sale is a 2 carry baby for 100k gold. So you can base your price off that.
