I was looking at my sylesti's proficiency tree and I noticed at the top there were all of these symbol things that you could change between and I was wondering what they actually were. Thanks.

It's like a skill tree, When you click on it, you will see the abilities change. Choose one and stick to it ^^
For example, for a pet with high intelligence, it's best to choose dark, or light skill, for a pet with high strenght, best skill tree is wind =)
