Usually in the trade broker, but they're somewhat expensive.

The Exceptional Genetics Testing Kit is only available in the diamond shop. This testing kit has unlimited uses.
A normal Genetics Testing Kit can be found on the trade broker. They are somewhat expensive, and only offer one use.

There are a lot of people offering free testing in the Breeding Discussion forum. Don't buy the 1 use kits, just go there!
