I've been trying preview all the options for my avatar, but for some reason it won't allow me to see anymore or use the one that I have purchased so far.

@Ooshie,
What browser/operating system are you using?
Have you tried a different browser?

Just tested a bit and, at least from Joe's comp ATM, doesn't work on Chrome nor IE,
he wanted to try a haircut, to be sure it was the good one(last one he got before
updates locked it), so I could send him a few Diamonds to unlock it and he's unable
to buy/preview it.
He's lucky to have been able to set his Avatar just before that "crash" thing.
He can't change anything anymore, not just the Haircuts are affected by this... P=

@sheechwan,
Does it work for you?
What computer and operating system does Joe use?
Edit: Also, if this is possible, are you able to log into his account on your computer to see if it works for you?
That would be a huge help to me... would tell me if it's an account issue or a computer issue.

And yes, I have. It still has done the same thing.

Is anyone who is having this issue able to try on a completely different computer?
It would really help if I knew if it was an account/database issue or if it's tied to the specific computer.
It obviously is not browser, but it may be your computers (java may be outdated or something else entirely).
Knowing that would really help to narrow down the possible culprits.

I've tried on a different computer, and it still was the same thing. I also checked my Java and it's update on both.
