When you use a Philter of Nullification, does it allow you to use a genetic mutilator a second time?

According to Krinadon's post here (the second one from the top), you should be able to do that.
Edit: Krinadon's third post possibly suggests that if you mutate and then remove, you might not be able to re-mutate but if you remove a trait and mutate that would be fine - that makes sense because usually you can only use a Mutator once.
