Buy gold, with real money? No. You could buy Diamonds and then sell them on the Currency Exchange for gold though.

You could buy diamonds (for real money) and then sell those diamonds on the currency exchange (under "Trade") for gold. So technically you would be buying gold.
Giving a user your real money for their gold is probably something Krinadon/Faiona wouldn't like (and also a good way for you to lose your real money), so I don't advise you do that.
