Umm, just fyi, I don't think you can order new customs from previous months -- you can only design and order a custom item during the month in which those items were released. So I think you've missed the boat on all of these and will have to design some new customs with the current month's items.
That being said, I'm sorry to see that some of these didn't get made. I would have loved a copy of Mjolnir.
