I loaded the right essence but nothing happens when i press the generate button.
This is the first time I'm using the new generator, so sorry if it's me being an idiot XS

What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I'm using chrome and yes i tried clearing my cache

Can you take a screenshot of what it looks like for you when the issue is happening?

You'll have to upload it to a hosting site, such as imgur. Or download and use a program like puush.

Looks like you have a pop up blocker and it's blocking the pop up. Try disabling it for Sylestia and trying again.

I have adblock but disabling it didn't help

Hm. That's very odd. Does the button turn gray when you press it? Or stays green entirely? It should turn gray when pressed and then back to green once the window pops up. So I'm curious if it's turning gray at all on your end.
At this point, I'm trying to pinpoint at what step in the process it's failing for you. But it's very hard to do that from computer screen to computer screen lol.
