What happens when the festival ends and you have seeds left? Can you sell them? Do you get them back next year?

The garden will be open a month after the festival ended, so there's still time to plant them despite it being harder to fin enrichments and fertilizer. Not sure if they come back next year, but i wouldn't risk losing them if they don't, i would try to get as many planted and grown as you can!
