I complete plenty of missions and other events in game but I have never got anything but missions satchel with some health potions inside when I should have lots of armours and rings. I know I'm meant to get them because I complete them properly then pick which item I want. What is going on?

What you get from mission satchels are random. It can be gold, equipments, essences, or potions.

Oh! Hang on, are you saying that you're not finding the armors? Satchels usually give potions, gold, and armors, but armors go to a DIFFERENT inventory than other items.
Once you're looking at your inventory, Under where it says "[your username]'s Inventory" there's a link to the EQUIPMENT inventory. Switch to equipment and that's where all of the armor, relics, and bracelets will be.
Is that what you're stuck on? I've seen lots of newer users get confused about that. If this isn't the problem, please reiterate what you're confused about and I'll see if I can help.
