Okay, well I got this pop up when I went to play my Bonus game. "Error! You need to play your bonus game first!" The blue button is still there, but I can't play the Bonus Game, it's not frozen, but I can't play it. I already know from experience, that if I refresh I'll lose my bonus game.

@JouTakeshi,
I can see that your account is set to the tier 1 bonus game and the bonus game board is created for you. Reloading the page should allow you to play the bonus game.
Please let me know what happens when you reload the page and attempt to play the bonus game.

When I refreshed I lost the two Staves I had as well as the bonus game. I'm not terribly worried about the prize from it, I was just letting you know in case it happens to others.

@Krinadon,
When I switched browsers from Chrome to Firefox it allowed me to play, but the one I usually use didn't show I had a bonus game.

@JouTakeshi,
Does this always happen with Chrome? I use Chrome and never had an issue.
Or is this just a rare problem and when it happens, it gets stuck?

@Krinadon,
It's happened a couple times with Chrome, but I figured the game was still in beta, it's likely a known issue. It's only happened to me twice, the first time when I refreshed I couldn't play the bonus game, and it had actually reset the whole Jamboree for me.

All I can really point to is javascript issues.
If you see the Bonus button, clicking it should never attempt to spin. The two buttons call completely different functions (the bonus button actually doesn't even do anything other than make the already-created bonus game appear)
Yet in your original post, you were saying that the bonus button was returning the error "You have a bonus game to play". To me, this tells me that your clicking was somehow clicking the Spin button despite the fact it was hidden and the Bonus button was visible. So all I can really say is something screwy happened with your browser's javascript.
For the phantom bonus game, I also don't really have an idea. If the bonus game exists, it exists and only is erased once it's played. If it isn't played, it'll exist and loading the page will load it - because it exists.
So I don't really know what happened with that either.
99.99% of the time, Jinxie's Jamboree works entirely as it should. With browsers, things can always go wrong. There's various browsers with various versions that all run differently. Sometimes a hiccup with cloudflare could load something slightly incorrectly.
I can't find any 'bugs' in the code and this seems to be a pretty isolated event. So unfortunately there isn't much I can do to fix it because I can't find anything wrong.
All I can say is that if it is a bothersome issue, try disabling addons, making sure your browser is up to date, or using a different browser. Because it should be working 100% correctly.

Thank you for taking the time to talk to me about the issue in any case. I may have found the issue within my computer itself. I needed to update Java on my computer, I just got the notification, but when I go to install it, it tells me I already have the installation, so I had to go in and fix the error inside the java on my computer itself. Once I did that, not only did I get the game I lost, but it loaded with my two staves AND the game I lost before. So the error was on my end and not in the game at all. I'm sorry about the trouble. *bows*

Hopefully that was the issue and now it's resolved.
