1. It takes an egg 3 days to hatch, then 6 days for the hatchling to become an adolescent, after which it takes another 18 days for the adolescent to become an adult. So in total, it takes 27 days.

2. Yes, you can! However, you can only breed two pets of the same species. You go to the Breeding Grounds, which can be accessed through the Explore menu. Once there, you select the Breeding Grounds generator (which should be the only one showing up). You select the species from the drop down menu, then select the two pets you would like to breed from the drop down menus which show up. Clicking on the Test Breed button allows you to preview the possible offspring, and clicking the Breed Pair button does the actual breeding. Your pets' offspring will then show up in your Hatchery.

3. Seeds are an event item for the Spring Festival that is happening right now. They can be used in the Spring Festival Sylesti Garden, which can be accessed through the Seasonal Festival option under the Explore menu. Flowers are what you get in your garden once you plant the seeds. To get flower pots and seeds, you must go to the event festival zone and defeat either bandits or Named bosses, who will have a chance of dropping them. You can also find them in Golden Easter Eggs that are scattered throughout the festival zone. To get soil, you simply go to your garden, click on an empty pot, then pay 2,000 gold to fill it.
