How long does it take to grow without Water, Weeder, or Sun?

"Everytime that your Flower is Enriched, it grows 1 Hour faster. Through the course of its growing time, you will have the opportunity to decrease its growth time by up to 96 Hours! So be sure to Tend your Flowers as much as possible! Enrichments can be obtained from the same methods as Seed Pouches." -Krinadon
This was quoted from the Spring Festival Overview, so based off of this, my best guess that without any enrichments it would take about a week, give or take.
