For the Nephini would we have to provide our own fertilizer for it?

I would provide the same fertilizer that is used on the traded pet. But if it is seed, each trader would provide what ever fertilizer is wanted for their seed. Hope that makes sense? I don't want to be using 2 exceptional fertilizer to get one pet.
If needed, I maybe able to use an exceptional, but it would definitely cost extra as it is hard for me to obtain them.

Ok, I have to plant the seed right now...... and exceptional fertilize it. Feel free to hold on to the Ligh until the plant gives me the egg! :)
