I made a picture for a contest, but I can't figure out how to post the picture on the thread! Please help me.

If the image is from the site generator, these links may help.

If it is an offsite image, you may have to have it uploaded to a site like Imgur and use the image link to paste in the the forums the same way you would an image from the site.

you post offsite images the same way you post on site images.
[img ]your-image-url-here[/img ]
like that, but without the spaces in the image tags.
