I have been exploring a bit and I am curious how I am supposed to open up new zones to explore.

There are two quests in Quest Board but both are in the Esior Fields which is apparently not open to me yet so....how do I open it so I can do some quests. I probably missed something.

Edit: Never mind. Apparently I DID miss something. Didn't know the fields were part of the festival thing. Sorry...
