Hey all! There is probably already something like this, but here we go....
For 10 diamonds, you purchase a random ticket number..(1-10) I pool everyone's diamonds together, and go to I think Random.org to generate a number. The holder of that ticket will have ALL of the diamonds sent over! This will hold up to 10 people and start/finish every week. The winner of last week will have to wait two more weeks to play.
