I am new and I have a question on quests. How do I get a quest? I've been looking around for a while and I can't find out how to find the quest board and I can't get any quests.

I see you created your Starter. o: Did you see what Jinxie says on the World Map page? (Top menu, Explore>World Map)
I'm not sure if you can go to Esior's Haven, but the middle of the map of Esior's Haven (the town) should be the Quest Board. If anything, I think you should explore Esior's Fields if its available to you (the area outside of Esior's Haven on the World Map).
